Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund (less $20 admin fee) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in date.
- 50% refund (less $20 admin fee) if cancelled between 30 days and 7 days prior to check-in date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 day prior to check-in date.
Please note that no parties are allowed, and smoking is only allowed outside.
Normal check-in time is from either 2pm or 3pm, with check-out by 10am or 11am respectively, depending on the cottage.
For our dog-friendly cottages, we request that dogs do not go on sofas or beds; if you can’t prevent that, please bring along your own blankets/throws to protect our furnishings.
